Yemen's Humanitarian Crisis Demands Urgent Action
Years of conflict have left millions of people across Yemen in urgent need of humanitarian assistance. Renewed fighting is forcing more families from their homes and placing even greater pressure on communities already struggling to access food, clean water and essential services.
According to the International Organisation for Migration (IOM), more than 258,000 people were displaced between 7 June and 19 October 2026, with many seeking safety in areas where resources and essential services are already stretched.
Action For Humanity is preparing to scale up its emergency response. Working through our teams and local partners, we are preparing food distributions, water trucking, hygiene and sanitation support, and emergency cash assistance to help displaced families meet their most urgent needs.
